I'll begin by saying that I've experienced more professionalism at a circus. After spending hundreds of dollars over several months at this place, all the while thinking customer service would get better, the proverbial camel' back was broken when the "manager" refused to offer a refund or exchange on a faulty product. I have purchased items from this place that were broken (supposedly new), leaking, busted and products that were past their expiration dates. So, I honestly gave this place a chance. However, when the manager told me, in essence, "tough luck" on the one occasion that I complained, I was fit to be tied. And I am done giving my money to rude people who don't care about retaining customers. Sun Williams, please understand that there are many others beauty supply shops in the area. A couple of whom really know a lot about keeping loyal customers happy. I will not fail to tell everyone that I possibly can how I was treated at your establishment. One star only because its a minimal requirement to submit a review.
