Contracted to take group to port for cruise. Was to have a trailer for luggage and two 15 passenger vans. Trip to port trailer was there got luggage to port but vans did not show, had to go in 4 different vehicles with a 45 min. wait. Trip from port was worse, trailer and vans did not show had to take 7 different vehicles with 2 hour wait.

Awful service. Tried to charge two groups of people for two full trip charges. She didn't base anything on the meter and she specifically kicked me out because of the deal. Do not use this company. I never write reviews, but needed to do this.

You have to get your limo here! They are super friendly. When I called about booking a limo for my boyfriend's Mardi Gras ball, they were extremely helpful! They even gave me a really good deal! It only took me a total of 10 minutes to execute a task that usually takes other people weeks to tackle! Thank you Modern Limousine for making it EASY and AFFORDABLE!

I had a great experience with modern limousine- they were on time, in uniform, courteous, got us a great deal, and made my birthday soooo much more fun!!!
