After years of opinions and attemps to solve a leak coming in to our living room, ruining hardwood floors and carpets we called Pete's. It took him less than 30 minutes to find the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He did solve it immediately. He completed the job the same day. Months later and after many rainfalls, everthing is dry. I have never wrote a review before but I feel that other senior citizens like my self need to know that there are good & honest contractors out there that won't take advantage of us as so many other contractors do. Pete the owner came out to give me the estimate. He crawled under my house & looked at everything then came out & explained exactly what I needed in terms that I could understand. There was one thing that I did not understand so he went back under & took a picture of that problem for me to see & drew a diagram showing me exactly what it would take to fix the problem. The other contractor I called barley crawled 2 foot under the house & wrote a price on his card & left. Needless to say I hired Pete’s Foundation to do the job. I was not disappointed! Pete & his guys did a great job. They cleaned everything up when they finished, you could hardly tell they were even here. There was a lot of rain that week but Pete took the time to call me & let me know when he was not coming. He kept me informed about the progress of the job all the way through. My house is very old & had lots of settling, rotten beams & joist and to top it off my chimney was leaning away from the house. I was afraid it was going to fall. After he finished it was straight & sturdy. My floor was good & stable. Before the job our dishes in the china cabinet rattled when we walked past it but not any more! He even fixed a few other little things that were not in the contract for free. I can't say enough good things about Pete. He is a God fearing honest man & he does what he tells you he will. He was very courteous & I felt comfortable leaving my wife alone with him when I was away. I recommended him to my niece & she is also very pleased with his work. His company fixed my foundation over two years ago & last week when he was at my niece's he dropped by for a minute just to say hello & thanks. My grandson is helping me put this on the internet & I told him to post it every where. Everyone should know about this wonderful company!
