Provided by YP.comThought about booking a party here until I went inside! The facility is very very dirty and could use a deep clean or two!!! Customer service was terrible and the food wasn't very good either.

Provided by YPmobileMy kids and I visit Pete's frequently, and have a blast every time. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. When kids stick sucker wrappers or pennies that jam machines, I expect a jammed machine here and there, but they've always fixed when I asked. I guess my expectations aren't as high as others that might expect perfection every time, but since we have been visiting, the staff is always working very hard. Between the burgers and wings, I can't decide which I like the most, but the pizza is awesome. I will say since they first opened, it has greatly improved, but have never had an overall bad experience yet. We love Pete's.

Provided by YP.comThe customer service in this place is horrible. I have been here on and off with my kids and friends kids for the past 2 months and i have to say it has been the same. the location is convient for my home so we go often up until this past saturday.the food is always horrible, they are extremely high priced for the poorly cooked food that they bring out. Everyone is always in a sour mood and again their were so many kids running around by themselves(i know its a kids place but parents should still pay attention to their kids). Their was this kid running around literally pushing other kids down and the staff watched and didnt say anything(stood around laughing) until i asked the child where his parent were. if their wasa negative rating i would definitely choose it because they dont deserve a star at all. i was so disgusted with how the staff stood around and watched this child so i asked for a corporate number they told me i could speak with a manager and this guy was no help. he had no personality at all he just shook his head and said ok. Ten minutes later the kid was back at it again i then went and told the mother to get her child and she told me "their just kids let them live" . The manager must of seen my face because he asked the mom to get her kid ..Overall it was the worst experience ever and i wouldnt ttell anyone to come here...horrible food, service, and enviroment. i will be traveling across town now for a better experience else where. Who ever gave this place 5 stars is delusional and must have some kind of connections with the owners because all that was stated in their review is FALSE!!!!

Provided by YPmobileI have been there a handful of times and I can honestly say every time was not a good experience. The only reason we kept going back was because we would be driving by and my son would ask to go. But, after tonight's experience, I will drive across town to go to C.C. At least they have much better customer service (and yes, I am white with children in private school). This place is not worth your time or
money.

Provided by YP.comWe've been to Pete's a few times this year. I was really happy with my experience. Yes, we too had to wear socks...but luckily I had some in my child's bag and didn't have to buy any...but even so...it's only $1...I wouldn't want my kid running around barefoot...yuck! Take into consideration how many adults and kids are walking around on the floor & where they may have been & what may be on the bottoms of their shoes...then consider how a lot of parasites can enter the body...a lot can come thru the skin of the feet...so that's probably why they at least require socks...there's no racism involved. One of the times we went, they did get our food wrong, but compensated us with extra tokens & it was fine...The food is good---yes it might be a little more expensive, but anything I've had was worth the price. Not only did my child have a good time & the tables were well layed out so I could always see her, but Dad & I had fun as well playing the games...best of all it seems a whole lot cleaner than Chuck E Cheese...and it's usually less crowded!

Provided by YP.comI took our 18 month old to Pete's Party Castle on Saturday and he had a wonderful time. We just happened to drive by and wasn't really sure what to expect since most places don't have much for 18 months and under to do but he had a ball! We had to purchase a pair of socks for $1.00 and purchased $2.00 worth of tokens. For $3.00 total he was entertained for over an hour. I loved that they had a separate section for younger kids and he absolutely loved the train ride. We will definitely be going back soon!

Provided by YP.comWe went around lunchtime during the week to let the kids burn off some energy & visit with friends. The girls working were very friendly and attentive. Yes, everyone playing is required socks... no matter if you're black, white, purple or green. (I personally wouldn't want my children running around barefoot.) We did not eat lunch so I cannot comment on food or price, but I was quite pleased that with only spending $10 my two kids had a blast for 2 hours and didn't want to leave. $10 got us 2 drinks, 20 tokens, unlimited # of train rides and of course playtime in the castle. Great time with mom friends + kids having fun (guaranteed good naps later!) = definetly worth $10.

Provided by YP.comIm white and my kid had to wear socks also. In fact we had to buy a pair for a dollar, omg. how horrible, they don't want kids with dirty feet on the equipment! All sarcasm aside. It is much nicer than crappy chuckie cheese. It closed in nicely unlike CC. don;t have to worry about your child running off. Its a little more expensive than CC, but not much. Much more convenient if you live in west mobile,

Provided by YP.comWe visited last weekend and had a great time. The girls working there were extremely nice and very accommodating- my husband even left a generous tip for the one waiting on our table. My kids are white as lily and were required to wear socks just like everyone else who is playing in the jungle gym. I even drove back home to grab some because we had forgotten them. If a child is playing without socks that's because they removed them- not because the rule only applies to certain races.
I do agree it was a bit pricey. However, you can go and enjoy free WIFI while your kids play in the jungle gym for free- can't beat that!!
We'll be back...it's one of the only places in West Mobile for kids to play. You don't have to spend a fortune in coins to win tickets for bo-bo prizes. Just let your kids enjoy playing and occasionally getting a game in...

Provided by YP.comThey told my kids and other kids to put socks on. Not black.
That being said, agreed, I won't be going back to Pete's. Expensive and poor service.

Provided by YP.comI took my daughter to pete's castle on june 3,customer service sucks, employees don't smile. Also asked a employee to help me with a game that took my kids money the other employee stated to me that I had to wait until I see her walk around then let her know. The games that my child played the games took my child's money, explained to the employee that the games need to have an out of order sign on the machine,so that it wont take any more tokens from kids that will not tell that the machine took the money. Also while viewing the store and talking with other parents they thought that customer service sucked. Why are the games so expensive,I could take my kid to chuckie cheese where she could play for 10.00 and play more games than pete's .Pete's wont be in business long with the attitudes and prices of the games,I can take my child to the arcade where its cheaper also. The first time at pete's and the last time on june 3.Also why do you need socks to play when I saw a children with no socks are shoes on.But to let you know; I'm black is that why we needed socks.Learn To Treat People Equal!!
