Customer service has improved drastically. They have a great management team and customer friendly servers. I will return every chance I get.

I ordered a pizza online. Got to the store to pick it up. Stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The same girl working passed by me 5 times without saying hello, I will be with you in a minute how can I help you, or anything. The other two workers did the same thing. The same girl running the register was short with me. She did not apologize for my 10 minute wait, still did not say hello. She shortly told me my total and that was it. I highly do not recommend this place. Customer service is required at any place and this one had NONE! This was on 7/27/10 at 8pm.

Ate lunch there today,but was very dissapointed. The only thinput out on the buffet was thin and crisp. VERY THIN AND CRISP waited for 45 minutes and finally had to go back to work. I would have ordered off the menu if only I had known there would be no thick and chewee. The service was good but left there hungry. Don't think I will be back.
