Provided by YP.comNot happy AT ALL! Not only did they evidently not repair correctly the first time, now they're saying they can't find parts and to just come get the car. GRRR

Provided by YPmobileTAKE HIGHLY detailed pictures of your car (even the parts with out damage) before dropping car off. Was originally told repairs would take a week and a half. A week and a half went by and beer heard anything from them. So I drove my rental up there to go pick up my car and they had just ordered parts two days ago!! After another week went by I went back up there only to find them vacuuming glass out of my car. Upon reinstallation of my door window they shattered it making me pay for my rental another two days. When I picked the car up I went over it with a fine tooth comb only to find scratches that where not there before and screws missing. 2/4 screws for my door panel were missing the bumper only had 2/6 PUSH PINS holding it on and behind it the bracket was missing 2of the 8 screws. When I went to go open the hatch the oil shock cylinders would not hold it up AT ALL!! Luckily I had pictures from the accident to prove the cylinders supported the hatch. Had to reconnect my trunk light (they never plugged it in) and the "new door" had scratches so deep on the inside doorjamb it was already flash rusted. The biggest thing was that they cracked the key case on the key they had. Unfortunately I didn't notice this till I went to go start my car the next day and the computer chip comes busting out. They wouldn't fix it even though they had my car for 3 weeks($264.78 for a new key). After a angry verbal confrontation with a employee I spoke to the manager. THIS was the only way to get my list a things fixed besides the key. This shop does shoddy work because of lazy employee's both in the shop and the office people who are SUPPOSE to keep you informed about your cars status. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone even if they drove a turd box.
