I spoke to a women named Karen who advised me that I was joining from month to month. I was told that there was no contract. Just the other day I found out they've been charging my account for more than 7 months and I've never even received a membership card. So I call just to cancel! Then I'm advised that it takes 60 days to cancel a month to month contract and that they will continue to charge my account for an additional two months. When I asked to speak to Karen I'm told she really doesn't work there sorta? Then I asked to speak to a manger " Dena" who I was told was busy and after she's finished being busy she's going to lunch.

Awesome place to workout. Friendly staff and excellent facility!
