After a lay-off four months ago, things got bad enough for us to apply for emergency Foodstamps.



We brought our 1yr old with us, because we didn't have anyone to watch her. She got tired and cranky waiting, but I was keeping her generally calm.



She threw a little fit that didn't even last 5min when the security guard came and told us to leave because the baby was "disrupting".



I believe it may be in part because the security guard was black and we were one of the only white families present. I couldn't believe that we were asked to leave just because the baby had a small fit. How is that "serving the community"??
