Terrible service and good. Ordered a medium well steak, hoping it would only have just a bit of pink in middle. Even showed waitress a picture of the an example of how i wanted it,,,,,, came to my table with a burnt crust all across it. Had asked the waitress, when she took our drink order, i wanted a dr pepper and a shot of bourbon. She brought everyone at my table there drinks, but no shot. Im like,,, my shot oh,,, im sorry i forgot it. She was so long going back to get my shot, i went to bar and got my own and got back to my table before waitress returned with the shot i ordered from her. The manager on the steak asked if i wanted another done right,,sure love one done right. Got to watch all 11 other people in my party finish theyre food, When manager finally shows with new steak. At that exact time when he returned,,, the waitress was delivering the check. I never even got to take a bite of the steak, and we were leaving because of the crowds waiting. BTW,,, it was fathers day i went there and this was suppose to be my meal( gift from my children). Ruined,,,Thanks.

Every time I go here the service is bad and I was told they have a rat problem and alot of workers doesn't wash their hands I was grossed out when I found out the bottom of my plate was dirty it had food on it and when I asked to get a clean plate I was met with an attitude? Im never eating their again

Me and my family came on a Saturday its took about one and a half hour the waiter , Miranda was the person that was, service use give me a not a clean glass and did not ask me is everything was good. When we go to Texas Road house we all way have a very good time waiter that care and the food be very good not on Saturday June -30-2012? and I had to pay for something I Did Not drink at all that was wrong did ask me would I like something else ? That was wrong did say anything to me at all very wrong?????????

We had dinner there.."we" being my husband and myself, our son and his three little boys and our daughter. The boys loved the food as did all us adults. It was served fast, correct and hot! We are going back today for our 51st Anniversary/Valentine Dinner. E. Williams

Don't even serve Loaded Potato Soup. In Tx we love Potatoes...What's up with That??? I think they ought to serve a Good Potato Soup!!!
