Went there to get phone fixed and guy behind the counter said he could smell vegetable oil and how it causes cancer and makes him vomit. I told him that we just came there to get phone fixed and that she makes her living running a restaurant, and that we would try not to take his rant as an insult. No apology from guy behind counter.

We have gone to The Broken iPhone for years. They do a good job and I like working with them. A few months ago I shattered the back of my phone. Mark’s advice, based on the age of my phone, was that it was NOT necessary to replace it. Saved me quite a bit of cash!!! Thought that was cool!!

Skilled. The owner was polite to all people I saw in the store, while we waited for my phone to back up for several hours. Nice people and good at their jobs.

I took my iPhone 7 to the broken iPhone to have my screen fixed. When I picked my phone up, paid the $275 to get my screen fixed, I realized my front camera did not work. I was told that the camera went out while fixing the phone & it will be an extra $90 to get that fixed. I told them not to worry about it because I'm paying a lot already to get the screen fixed and when I dropped the phone off the camera worked so when I came back for it since they screwed the camera up they should fix that as a curtosey instead of making the customer pay for a mistake the techinitian made.
The phone has completely went out and gives me nothing but a black screen since getting it fixed and it's been about 3 weeks. I would have been better off leaving the screen cracked since my camera would have still worked and the phone probably would have never went completely out.

I would not recommend these guys to my worst enemy save yourself the headache and use someone else.

Awful customer service, run don't just walk away from this business .very rude management, doesn't explain prices

Person I spoke with was very rude. I just wanted to find out about repairing my ipad screens and he just gave me all these BS about not being able to fix them. Took them to Mings Wireless and they had my 2 ipads done the same day.
