This place is a joke . I'm here for the third time to have having my daughter's filling replaced. Yesterday I came 16 min late they made me reschedule and today iv been waiting over an hour to even be taken to the back . I don't mind having to follow their rules my fault being late but come on over an hour waiting and still not in the back .

They did an excellent job on cleaning my kids teeth.

Rude staff! I called to make an appointment and the woman was so rude I ended up just hanging up! Who wants to take their kid to an office where the employees treat you rudely before you even go! Find another dentist office people!!!

Let me just say that the staff was awesome....but the waiting room area made this office intolerable!! In between children running around, screaming, hitting, while the so called parents are on their cell phones or just down right ignoring them, leaving the office staff and others to watch their children. I really hate it too because they made my girls feel right at home and made them as comfortable as possible. I give the office staff 4 stars but overall experience a 1.

After being told that I could be present at all procedures, and being made to sign a page long form of everything they can do to maintain control during procedures including using restraints, force and some really ridiculous means in my opinion) I told them I insist on being present, made me leave 2 in the cleaning room, and then despite a bright pink sticky note on the front of the chart stating that I was to be present and the child could not be seen until they were finished with the 9 y/o -without my permission or supervision took 5 y/o back. Then when I accidentally walked in and saw it, Dr. White made a VERY rude, unprofessional comment followed by more of the same. Was ridiculous & unexpected. He is very volatile and inappropriate!
