I ordered for the first time from Zoghby's today, but made a mistake on the online form, leaving off the request for monogram. I called and the woman who answered the phone was polite and professional. She took a message and the person I needed to speak with emailed me back within an hour, addressed my concerns, and even alerted me to another error I made on the order. She was so helpful and kind.
