My initial review after the sale in June was a five-star review. I soon found out that is all they care about. Once you are out that door, good luck after that! My new camper had a bunch of minor issues that we found out about on our first trip. I dropped the camper off for two weeks to allow them to diagnose and order parts. I picked the camper up and told them to call me when all the parts came in. I called them after waiting 7 weeks and they told me "they just came in!" I took the camper back in and waited another 7 weeks for the work to be completed. The communication skills of the employees are some of the most sub-standard I have ever seen. The service department rarely answers phone calls and doesn't return any. Management is always "busy" when you call and will never return a phone call. Most of the issues were repaired but two of them weren't. This means they are filing false warranty claims, getting the money, and not doing the work. They did this for my sliding bedroom door track and the trim that was detaching from the wall in the toy hauler garage. It proves nobody is looking at the technicians work for quality assurance. This puts every other negative review on here into perspective and has taught me never to shop by price again. Don't let their low prices reel you in to purchase a unit there. Any issue you have after the sale is not worth the money you save. Please stay away from this clown show!
