customer service is hit and miss all depends on what kind of mood they are in. when it comes to questions you have about anything they always have good answers they just have personalities that are hard to read you cant always tell if they in a good mood or not. still shop here good guys good store!

Awful customer service. Bought brand new gun, scope and mounts. Gun shot bad groups so took to store to ask about scope and mounts. Davie refused to even look at gun or consider maybe bad scope or mounts. Told me to get with manufacturer. Took gun to Gander Mountain. After changing scope, no thanks to Davie, gun shoots tight groups. Will never buy anything, not even worms, from here again. They take your money and treat you like dirt.
