I Agree

I agree, horrible service. They never charge the price they quote or have your lawnmower back to you when they say they will. I waited on my lawnmower over three weeks which cost me more money because I had to pay someone else to mow my lawn while I was waiting on mine. They will not be proactive & call you & when you call they are very insenitive to the fact that you are having to wait on your lawnmower especailly since they said it would be done within 2-3 days & it's going on over three weeks.

Be Aware

Horrible service. I have given them three chances & all it did is make me look like a fool to continue to go back. They will quote you one price & then charge you an amount that is no where near the price the quoted you (meaning higher, way higher). They will also tell you that the turn around is a few days, which turns out to be weeks. They were great the first time I used them however the past two years their service is what needs repair. I will add that I never leave negative reviews of anyone, if anything my reviews are always positive, but I have been burnt by Taylor repairs way to much. The sad thing is in the first year I referred over three people to them & after the second year all of my family & friends moved on because of the issues I have disclosed, I should have followed suit. If you like to get over charged & like to wait a LONG time to receive your property, go with Taylor's.
