Horrible experience! Told the man that the nail was crooked! & he refused to fix it! He claims to have 25 years of experience but was unable to see how crooked the nail was. He claimed it was perfect shape. I was still expected to pay full price for such a terrible job.

The employees don't take the time to do a nice manicure. They rush through it, missing the corners and tips of fingernails. They are more concerned with working on more expensive requests like gel manicures and pedicures.

Had a pedicure and it was the best! I just had foot surgery 2 months ago and still have a sore spot. Told the lady that did my pedicure and she was so gentle and tender. Everyone was so friendly.

I went to Today's nail just for a fill in,(pink and white) the nail place I usually go to was closed due to a water issue. I sat down just wanted a fill in, there were only 3 employee, not enough for the customers in the store. The employee's were jumping from customer to customer..never finishing anyone's nails. A female employee sat down and started working on mine....filing very rough. She was filing so hard the entire table shook, she cut out areas where the white was to be filled..I have never had a salon to do that before, I thought it was odd.This left white scratch marks in the nail bed also. At this time she nicked my nail bed (bleeding)..ouch. I was ready to leave, that's what my gut was telling me...should have listened. She convinced my to stay...bad idea. She finally finished the job an 1 hour later, after being nicked two more times. My white tips of nail are uneven and have valleys. There are also not filed evenly, the wax for the polish is halfway done also, some shine on part of the nail. I called the salon to speak with manager, "not in today". So I have had to spend more $ to repair this mess, they should offer a complete refund and send the employee back to school. I if you want your nails to look good I would suggest another salon, I will never go back.
