I have been extremely happy with my alarm system. A gentleman came and counted my windows, explained the system and two days later the installers came and put in the alarm. I had trouble because the patio door jiggles because of the traffic on Roseburg. The installer came back and changed the position of the alarm on that window and all has been good since. They also came another time because I forgot my password, and they helped reset it. No charge for either call, which I thought was great!
