Got my front window replace on the 2nd of Jan. on my 2002 ESCALADE. They were on time like they said. And did a very good job! THANKS, Sunny for the good service.

They sent to guys out to our house on a Saturday to seal the back window on our car. They shattered the window into pieces and said they'd have a new window for us the following Monday. Now they have refused to replace the window as it is too expensive. I would think that they would have insurance for these types of accidents and they really don't care that we have a car without a back window.
