Barton Door was able to help us immediately for a stuck garage door partially open, put back on track and works just fine. We are a long time customer, and keeps our old garage doors operating. They came out and never fixed our problem which was a shimmering garage door. They sprayed WD oil And several days later it was worse. When we contacted them they said there was nothing else they couldn’t. So we asked for our money back. However they stated that since they “0iled” the door there would no refund. What crooks this company is that doesn’t stand by a guarantee. We are going to notify the BBB, and Angie’s list among others.

Prompt service, finished replacing the broken spring quickly and instructed us how to problem solve should there be any problems with the garage door closing (since a new tighter spring was installed). The 10yr warranty is also a huge plus!

Great, professional & fast response company. Will definitely recommend & use it in the future.
