The work itself isn't to bad. But some management and supervisors believe that they are better than the employees under them. They'll treat you like crap. They make sure to tell you everyday that if you are not good enough they can easily replace you. You could be doing your best trying with all your might to get your job done, but guess what? You're still not good enough. If. You talk back they try to punish you and any family member that you have there just so you know who's boss.
