we have lived here for almost a year if you have a family with young children they are not for you, unless you can get a downstairs apartment with no one above you. We live in the middle we hear all the crap from up stair whom my daughter calls "the elephants" and all the music and bass from the downstairs people. My kids for a period in time basically could not play before 11 o'clock in the morning and after 8 o'clock they were in bed I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old. Then my downstairs neighbors would blare their music until all hours of the night and turn around and complain about my kids. We inturn got a nosie violation because if you don't read your lease for this complex it states this is a 24 hour quiet community and everytime i called on them they would turn the music down right away and then about 20 min after the manager was gone they would turn it back up. You can hear everything from your neighbors to the people out side talking. The people in the office are nice though.
