I have a boy that is not a teenager yet but they insist on having conversations without parents. The dental assistants are very unprofessional and rude. I have been in customer service both private and government sectors and have awards for excellence. These people need to get off their high horse and realize that we pay a premium for our insurance and we can take our kids anywhere where choose. Not satisfied at all!

When you go in for your evaluation they make it seem like they are the nicest people, but after you pay they'll treat you like crap. They tell you they'll work with your schedule, but they really won't. The lady from the front desk is extremely rude. She argues with the patients and does not cooperate to give an appointment that will accommodate the patient's schedule. I was told that every time I went to my dentist to get my cleaning done that I am supposed to go in to Dr Buchler's office to get my wires removed, so i let the lady from the front desk know and she would't work anything out with me. She said I can go a whole week without my wires and when I said that the teeth can start shifting back to their original position she sarcastically laughed and argued that that wasn't true. Every time I call to ask a question, they never answer or if they answer they are really rude. I had an appointment that was cancelled by them a few weeks ago, and I haven't had a check up for two months now and my next check up is in one month, they are very irresponsible they do not care about the patients.Also, when I'm scheduling my next appointment the lady from the front desk says that they are always busy, but most of the time they aren't, there are some workers just standing around saying that they are "lazy". I would mot recommend this place to anybody.

This office is great! Everyone is so nice and accomodating. Dr. Buchler got my teeth straight in time for my son's wedding. They look really good. Thank You!!!

Dr. Buchler's office is great. The staff is very friendly and professional. I went back with my daughter for almost every visit and I felt they did a good job of keeping me in the loop. Dr Buchler is a perfectionist which is great because my daughters teeth are beautiful. She is so happy she smiles all the time.

I had a horrible experience here, my teeth do not even look good. She basically does nothing, all she wants is money. Every time I walk in, there always seems to be something new installed, like one day I came and there is a 46 inch flat screen tv, then they put in granite counter tops for the reception desk. Gee I wonder where se got the money. Don't go here she does not listen to anything you say.
