Provided by YPmobileAll went good until it was time to schedule a delivery. They had a late delivery appointment which didn’t work on my end. Trying to contact someone is ridicules and became such a hassle I canceled my purchase. I won’t deal with anyone who don’t have good customer service! What a huge disappointment!!!

Provided by YPmobileI was greeted by Alisha she kept eye contact with me that's why I went with her. I drove the car I wanted drove off the lot that day. what i didnt like was when i called her left a message she didnt call me back at all. Then i recived a letter from her say if i had any questions to give her a call YEAH RIGHT WHY WOULD I CALL HER IF SHE DIDNT RETURN MY CALL IN THE FIRST PLACE..!!! Well a week later I had to take it in to be fixed it was leaking oil needed a new rack and pion well and new seals. but I can say they kept in contact with me every day to let me know what's going on with it and if something else needed to bean done.

Provided by YP.comI bought a car through CarMax and it was repossessed this week. Besides the horrible customer service I have received with them, the repossession company they hired called Classic Recovery in Modesto, CA was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. If your car gets repossessed, you better hope that it doesn't go here! First off, they took my car without first filing a claim with the police department. (So they basically stole it). This made the process of getting my car back that much more difficult because the car couldn't be released unless a claim was filed with the police department. I went there 4 times over the course of two days and nobody was ever there. In addition, they kept avoiding my phone calls because they hadn't made the claim with the police station yet. When I finally got my car back they had siphoned all the gas out of my car, stole the change that was in my ash tray and ravished through my glove box. To sum it up, CarMax should do research on the repossession companys they hire!!!!
