My experience with Central Valley Volkswagen in Modesto was exceptional. I do not like to go to dealers and spend hours haggling. I contacted Ashley through the internet explained I wanted a TDI Jetta and received the pricing. She assured me there were no gimmicks or bait and switch on the price. I arrived at the dealer a week later and they had her email in hand. They took me for a test drive and we sat down and I bought the car I wanted. They were honest, no pressure, and personable. Through the experience I was waiting for them to come back and give me some illusive problem that secretly increased the price, but that never happened. They did not pressure me on service agreements or anything of that nature. I am a professional and a mother of 5 children with little time. I would never ever buy a car from this dealership again, the sales managers name is Ray and he lied to us, about the rate about the price of the car and the value of our tradein. I highly recommend that you dont buy from this dealership.
