Poor customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone . Nor will I return. Totally unprofessional !

Ordered glasses and called back two weeks for status-was told told that lenses arrived but frames weren't shipped yet and she had no idea why they weren't shipped or when they would ship. Only the opticians are able to answer that. Horrible customer service! Receptionist is nice but can't answer any questions because she has no knowlege. It makes no sense at all to run an office with people that can't answer their customers' questions. I originally went in to get my glasses fixed when my frame broke. They insisted that I had to buy new glasses--the office staff was not educated enough to know that they needed to check with the manufacturer to see if they were still covered under manufacturer's warranty. Do not waste your time going there--for your own sake!
