I had previously done business with Diamond Doug concerning my wife's wedding ring and was EXTREMELY satisfied with the work that was done.

Upon finding out he also did watch repair, I took in my wife's Omega watch for evaluation.

The back story is that her watch had quit working & the time adjustment stem was broken. We took it to Rogers Jewelry Co. which they sent the watch away for evaluation. 4 weeks later they called and said it would cost $800 to repair the watch. Needless to say we were blown away by the high repair cost and decided to just put the watch in the broken jewelry drawer. Chalking it up to never being repaired.

Fast forward a year to the present, After 5 days Diamond Doug contacted me with a repair quote for my wife's Omega watch. I told him to go ahead and do the repairs. Less than a week later the work was done.

The watch worked perfectly and they cleaned/polished it too. Making it look like brand new. The best part of the story is that Diamond Doug was able to repair the watch for less than $100! That was a fraction of what we were previously quoted by the big jewelry store.
