The people who complain about this store are people who don't understand anything or are just very ignorant honestly. Always saying their side of the story and not including everything. Every time I go in the employees and the owner are very welcoming and helpful. There are literally signs everywhere saying what not to do, for example about not taking down the hats cause the hats can fall and get damaged but it clearly says ask for help and they are always there to help. People who get butthurt over these rules are honestly over sensitive and need to grow up and go cry somewhere else, it's ridiculous. Always love coming here to buy my boots and gifts for my family! Great merchandise and great prices! Never had a problems here and I will keep coming!

Worst store I've ever frequented. Worst service I've ever received in my life. Literally kicked out for browsing the store within a minute of entering. The owner is very patronising and offensive! "You are not buying? Then leave!" If you look their store up on the internet, other people have had the same complaint. It seems like the owner doesn't understand what the retail experience entails. They sell overpriced, cheap Mexican goods. I'm surprised these guys are still in business. You would be better off going somewhere else than give these horrible people your hard earned money.

I was asked to leave because I didn't decide what I wanted in 10 minutes that I was in the store. The owner stated-when you decide what you want then you can come back.
