Provided by YP.comLove this place! I recently moved to Modesto and luckily found a great nail tech. Polly goes above and beyond to work around my schedule and I never have to wait. I always leave with perfect nails! Her attention to detail is impeccable. All the girls are super fun and friendly. Very clean and comfortable. 5 stars!!!!

Provided by YP.comShe does a great job on the nails but not once when I had an appointment was it kept. Every time I set up an appointment it was changed at least once or maybe even two and three times. I was going out of town on an emergency and had to finally find someone else to do my nails as she changed me 3 times that afternoon and finally texted and said she could not get in to do my nails. Just very unreliable.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear you were this unhappy. Sometimes events are unavoidable and appointments need to be rescheduled even when striving to accommodate everyone.. Its especially unfortunate that this happened when you had an emergency and needed to leave town. Once again I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and appreciate your comments. I hope to make any future visits to the Salon an exceptional experience for you by making every effort to insure better service. If there is anything I can do to reconcile please give us call.
