I came in with a 14-day free trial coupon. I did intend on joining if I enjoyed the club. When i came in with the coupon, the casher unfront seemed very rude. She asked if I had one before. I said, "no." She checked to make sure and had me fill out some information. She then told me to go ahead and work-out and when i get back, she will have my name in the system on a 14-day trial. When i was done working out, she told that it was all taken care of and that I had 13 more days. I came back in the next day. Once again, she had a very unfriendly demeaner. she asked me why i was here. I said that I was on a free trial. she looked my name up on the computer and she told me that wasn't the case. she also said i took off on her and worked out the day before when i wasnt supposed. She told that I needed to talk to someone first about it. i said ok. I waited for over 90 minutes and no one came. I told her that I wanted my coupon back and she said they throw it away. I walked out very upset.
