Service sucks .... don’t go there the guy that works there took like 5 minutes to get up and come to see if we need it help.. he didn’t even say hi ... I went to see if he could help us... to unlock a phone soo we could activate it ... all he did was connected to iTunes and he charge me 10 bucks gave it to me .. soo when I tried using the phone I couldn’t used it because phone was still locked ... he didn’t gave me my $10 back .. soo. If you go make sure your phone works or that he actually fixed that problem before giving him any money ...

Kevin is the man. Absolutely astonishing. You would regret going to anyone else. He's the only person I go to and refer people to.

Had a phone flashed. Every couple months android market crashes. (My fault supposedly) I'm putting in some secret codes to mess up both my phones. Mind you there is a $25 fee every time, on top of the original $50 to flash the phones. Then one of my phones wouldn't make calls or send/receive texts. Took it once again, the young kid behind the counter was so rude telling me I changed my phone #. It was changed in the phone. Or Its a stolen phone. I've had to of the same phones for a year with the same numbers. So he argued and argued even despite taking my money. Just stay away. They are scammers!!

I drove 45 minutes to have my shattered screen replaced (iPhone 4) based on a recommendation from a friend who had a good experience. It was worth the drive. The service AND price were unbeatable. 15 minutes and I walked out with a phone that was good as new. Very pleased with this place. Thanks for a job well done.

I took my htc evo there last week for a cracked screen they did a great job very fast & friendly they answered all my questions i had.. Id go back again and refer a friend

I went to K&C because I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Got it fixed good as new within 15 minutes.

Ok, so I went to this place to get my iPhone 3gs screen fixed and the guy in there fixed it super fast, I was super excited!!! Great customer service as well and I will be referring all of my friends and fam here, NO need to pay ridiculous prices when this place uses original parts (I seen proof)

It was kind of hard to see, but I drove by again during the night and they have this crazy cool flashing light blinking on the roof.....
