Dr. Keliang (Kevin) Xiao is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon focusing on reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery, body and facial cosmetic surgery, and general reconstructive surgery. He is passionate about providing patient-centered care, and encourages patients to take an active role in their healthcare. Dr. Xiao is a strong advocate for patient education, which enables his patients to make informed decisions. He then develops individualized treatment plans to best meet each patient’s unique goals. Dr. Xiao graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where he was trained in the latest techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Xiao enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing, cooking, hiking and practicing yoga. Dr. Xiao speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
