This was the worst possible experience i could have had. The man who runs this small store ordered stuff that he wasnt even told to order. AND THEN STUCK ME WITH THE TAB. He had NO paperwork asking him to make the order, but did it anyway. ALSO, I found out he doesn't even stock his own tux rentals! This guy operates as a third party for other tux rental places, and then sticks the customer with the markup! When I politely told him about the issue with the rental, he refused to help in anyway, all the while blaming me for his mistake. To make matters worse the grumpy old man put his hands in my face when i told him that i would rather shop elsewhere! OUTRAGEOUS! I would gladly pay a premium at another store than take his substandard rentals at over inflated prices with un-asked for additions. I WILL be filing with VISA to get my money back from this place as he DID NOT render a service, but stuck me with the tab anyway. I can see why his business is failing, I know I am not alone in this.
