4-2008 Gary King, owner of King Pools started a $10,000.00 remodel of my pool and spa, there were numerous problems during the remodel. One was approx. 20 feet of loose tile they had installed, it had to be replace before the job was even finished. I had to point out the problem to King. 2012 the same 20 feet of tile started to loosen and pop. I called King he said the warranty on the tile was only for 2 years. King said he would call me back to schedule his tile setter to repair the tile at my expense. King never called back even after I called him back twice leaving messages asking for him to call me. 5/30/14 while brushing the pool 3 pieces of the loose tile fell off. Not what you expect for a $10,000.00 remodel by G.W. King Pool.
