I had a horrible appointment I had missed an appointment which I never do some sort of missed communication they have a $50 missed appointment charge which I seriously can not afford but they have some rude staff I tried to explain my situation and they truly could care less they should have a new policy but I guess the office hard up for funds there should be a per patient's ability to pay. They would of canceled my scheduled cataract surgery if I didn't pay I felt so hurt by this if I didn't seriously need the surgery I would of canceled and found a new Doctor
