MacDaddy is a small business, run to meet the needs of individuals. We have been customers of MacDaddy for more than a decade and have received excellent, personalized customer service every time we have done business with them- and several times when we were not purchasing something new. Tim, the owner, is patient

with novice tech users- explaining (often more than once) something that is probably obvious to many users; until everything runs as it should. Sometimes, you have to wait while he is working through someone else's glitch, but we have never had to take a number or make an appointment.

This company has the absolute worst customer service ever! they act like it is putting them out, by having them do what you pay them for. The people there are complete idiots. They should all take a customer service class, which might do them some good, if the owner attends as well. They are completely un-organized, and they take forever. Do not expect a phone call from them, as they will pretty much forget about you once you sign their contract. I can't stress enough about how bad this company is, and I would rather die then ever have to deal with them again.
