Pleasent went over all repairs with us"

My family has been buying cars here since the mid-90's and there is a reason we keep going back. The staff has always been very helpful. The first car we purchased was an early 90's 190E and due to a curse that seems to have been placed upon my family where no matter what kind of car is purchased it has problems it was in and out of service for the same problem that would disappear on the way to the dealership multiple times. Eventually Modesto European flew a master mechanic over from Germany and he was able to find a repair the issue. Since then we have purchased a ML430, CLK430 Conv., C320 Wagon, E55 AMG, & CLS550 I highly recommend Modesto European and Mercedes Benz

They answer their phone only about half the time and don't return calls when you leave a voice mail. They find every excuse for not covering a repair under warranty. I would have expected much more from an upscale brand dealership.
