Customer service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They helped me with reserving a U-Haul and a storage place

I went to this storage facility to get a 10x10. I told them I was going to San Diego to bring my stuff back and they were on the computer for about 20 minutes and said I was all set. I didn't get a confirmation number so I went there and found out they did NOTHING. I had to book the Uhaul myself and find another storage. If you use them make sure they do their job. Customer services is a big fat F.
