Good place to get test they hit my veins first time I'm extremely happy for that in past I was a difficult case

Who do these people think they are? The woman who has you sign in and takes your paperwork must think she's a military drill sergeant! She actually barked at people ordering them to get in line. She needs training in customer relations. I had an appointment for 8:15 and got there at 8:08. One person who did not have an appointment came a few minutes after me and was seen before me. When I asked what was going on, I was told that we never take people before their appointment times! On this day, I would have been better off without an appointment. As a result, I was called back to a room at 8:28. When I questioned the person about to take my blood, I was told in a very defensive manner that: "We have a 20 minute window after your appointment time to call you in and still be considered on time" Where on the Quest appointment page is this explained? Where does it mention that you will never be called in before your appointment time? The people working here apparently do not enjoy their work. I found them rude, arrogant, and defensive when questioned about their procedures. No wonder! Their procedures are irrational. If you have a choice, I recommend you go elsewhere!

Scheduled an appt for pre employment drug screen and it was over an hour wait...so much for appointments.
