With two local murders in the close vicinity I would question the safety of living in this MH park. When the park was first being renovated I was excited to buy here with all of the additional and what looked like safe parking for family and friends.
Since moving here over the years they now rent out nearly all of the spaces and have NO safe parking. They expect family that come on the holidays to park in the UNSAFE streets and walk. There is plenty of room for family to park. Legally you only need 21 feet for fire trucks to allow parking on one side of the street. This park has plenty of room but refuses to help.
Many of the homes are not taken care off and looks like ghetto living which makes the resale of your home impossible.
Do not buy or move to this park!
