I was charged twice, and also my son's school photos weren't sent on time as all of the other students.

In one word Unprofessional!

In the past I have paid cash for pictures and mysteriously the cash disappeared and the pictures were never produced. This time I made sure to ask for a receipt, the lady in charge (Suzy) with an attitude told me they don't give receipts (sounds a little suspicious to me) I explained my last situation and she shrugged me off and gave me her back. How do you call yourself a professional when you treat your customers like this. Thanks you just saved me $80 and any future business with this company.

Lost school pictures, pictures that look like mug shots, mistakes in the yearbooks and absolutely no customer service!! This company is a joke!!
