I had a defective jacket for a return and had no problem returning it and getting a new one.The people that helped me was Troy & Alex and I'm very happy.All the other workers were also very nice.I will always come back for more items and love the selection.

So disappointed in their customer service. Recently purchased several gifts from this company. The SF Giants watch is defective. They will not exchange it. Talked to the store manager what a waste of time.Customer service should be their priority. Had to rate this lousy company. They had to have a least one star to post review. But they don't deserve that.
