I do not recommend Kim Underwood as a child custody evaluator. So heartbreaking that it’s the lives of innocent children that are affected the most by her poorly thought out recommendations. Her reports are inaccurate, incomplete, and biased against men. She acknowledged obvious signs of drug abuse with a parent but never confronted that parent nor was the seriousness of the drug abuse addressed in her report. Therefore, felt the child's best interest was to be with the parent that has a serious drug problem. She believed the lies told by an addict, with no attempt to clarify these lies; and then recommended supervised visits between the grandmother and the child without EVER talking or meeting with the grandmother. I don't know how she sleeps at night.
