My best friend paid $435 for a wedding cake on 11/02/15 - although the cake was pretty it tasted awful . . Dry and too too sweet. None of the guests ate more than a bite or two of the cake. Two of my children are getting married next year and I hope they will consider someplace else to get their cakes. Also the $435 did not include delivery to the Queen Bean downtown.

I bought one chocolate chip cookie and a cuppa coffee tried to pay with my ATM card charge me five dollars because they do not charge anything less than five dollars on the ATM machine what a rip off.

I love this place I try to go everyday they have the nicest employies ever

Worst experience ever. Great cake but for what I paid for and what I asked for I should have been more than compensated. The owner was unwilling to see beyond the fact that her decorator didn't do what I asked for AT ALL. Nor did she understand she ruined a 3 year olds birthday. If I would have known the type of decorating they FAIL to do and the lack of customer service I would have and will never go,back again. Thanks for nothing and I'll make sure everyone hears about the lack of service you give.
