Donna and crew were simply the best. They took very good care making sure that the windows we ordered were perfect and the installation top notch. We were especially impressed that when the windows arrived at Jerico from the manufacturer, the grid in one of them was off a fraction, (we did the whole house) and Jerico would not accept it. They had the manufacturer send a new one so it was perfect. While this delayed the installation, it was for a very good cause. The installation crew was careful and respectful of our home, not leaving a trace of dust behind. Over the winter, my electric bills have been reduced also - an added bonus! Definitely recommend Windows By Jerico - you won't be disappointed. Ed Donahue

Purchased two doublehung windows in May. Was told it would take about 10 days to get them in. They were finally installed the end of June. They were not installed properly or one was broken because it would not open. It took from the end of June until the first week of August to get Jerico to fix the problem. The windows now function properly and look good, but I would not use Jerico again! It should not take almost 3 months to get two small windows that work! The person in the office was happy to take my money, but did not provide good customer service.
