I've been shopping here for years and they have a surprisingly good selection of many things (probably because they are the only grocery store for 30 miles). The staff is always super friendly. They remember us and often give my girls the Stater Kid balloons. Their prices are better than the Albertson's in Rosamond or Tehachapi. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Though most of the employees are friendly, I hate that Stater charges extremely ridiculous prices and it's all because they are the only full grocery store within 30 or 40 miles. Occasionally they have "sales" but you're not really getting a great deal. They also have very quick one day sales on meats, kind of pointless if they aren't willing to do it for more than a day because, they never have enough to allow everyone to take advantage of the sale. I'm also upset with them for getting rid of the Stater Bros Irish Cream dry coffee creamer, it was the best.
