Made a reservation for four and mentioned it was a sixty-fifth birthday celebration. The person taking the reservation said they would set something up nice. Arrived was greeted by a "poorly dressed hostess" Place was pretty empty proceeded to seat us at a table almost in the entry way. Asked if we could be seated in a booth as there were at least a half dozen or more empty and set up with service. Said the busboy was cleaning one off again almost in the entry. The last booth on the East side as you enter. Asked about another location. Said she would have to check. Received approval. Had an outstanding server as well as the busboy. Both were super attentive. Server name on check is TILLMAN 1025. Always look forward to the Prime Rib however this time the $32.00 entry was mostly grizzle and even with the steak knife could not cut it. Calamari, Ribs and Steak were excellent. This location is a far cry from Jenny's in Chicago Ridge. Have been going to the Chicago Ridge location since they opened and never had a bad experience. I have relatives in the Beverly area that plan all there events at Chicago Ridge. They know the owners who I believe are neighbors. I would not return to this location.
