I was a client there for several months. When I called to make an appointment with the man who always did my nails they said he wasn't there. When I asked when he would return they said he would not be back. So I made an appointment for 2 days away. When I showed up I was ignored, until someone else walked in the door who was waited on first. When finished he started to walk away when I called him back he asked my name and then erased the name below me (the person who would be doing my nails) and wrote in another name. He asked me to sit in a certain chair. I sat there for 30 minutes with not a word from anyone other than other clients who were also waiting. The really dissappointing part is that it was the owner who treated me so poorly.
