I read the negative review below and I have to wonder what happened at Bike One? For two years I found them to be very good , then poof they were gone. No sign saying they moved, closed or what. They just disappeared. Very odd. What happened?

Worst bike shop ever! It was an unorganized, cluttered mess. I was quoted for a tune up and left my bike there. I didn't get a call for two weeks. When I called to see if it was finished the owner told me it was and I could come get it. When I arrived he was really unfriendly and charged me three times what he quoted. The worst part, he didn't even fix it. I will never go there again!
