I bought a half cow from them in Feb. and may I say that it was the best meat around. great flavor and a fair price,I will buy from them every year now. the hamburger meat grilled up so nice and did not shrink,and the chicken Wow great fryers....truly happy with them. a friend of mine bought a half cow from someone else till they tasted the meat from southside and now they are looking to buy from them also.
