Husband took my 2 girls back to school for haircuts and hair tip dye bill: well over $200. After tip and shampoo $244. Really? I went in later that week to speak to manager who wasnt there. Left my name and number to call and reason why. Never received a call even though I was assured she would call. Obscene pricing! Poor customer service.

Horrible. The girl I had rushed. And on top of that she stained my shirt with hair dye and didn't even offer any money back. Annoyed with that salon.

They took me in didnt even ask if i wanted my hair washed i was looking for a change in my cut. She washed my hair, soaking wet w water dripping on me she cut it for 4 minuites before charging me and cutting my hair WAY TOO SHORT i have curly hair. Their tools are disgusting

I heard that they thought a client had lice when she clearly did not and made a fool of her and did not finish her style after her cut so if that were the case are they not supposed to close the salon per health dept regulations? Be smart and find a better place for a cut that treats the clients well

First time at this salon and I was just given the best haircut that I have had in years. The stylist (Michelle)knew exactly what I meant when I described what I wanted. For once I did not have to rush home (wishing I had a bag on my head) and then wash my hair again. I will return here for my next cut and ask for Michelle.
